Sweet treats

From January 8-13, world-renowned pastry chef Pichet Ong, of New York, will visit the Hilton Beijing. Pichet spent his formative years in Thailand, Hong Kong and Singapore, completing a master's degree in architectural design at the University of California at Berkeley. Pichet will create sweet treats in a number of restaurants and cafs at the Hilton Beijing, including Elements, One East on Third, Tonic Lounge and Caffe Cino. 5865-5240
