Latest sources show during January and February of this year, a number of multinationals including the world¡¯s No.1 provider of optic communication infrastructure from the US, Meriton Networks and Danfoss, the French company which invented the world¡¯s first radiator temperature controlling device, settled into Shanghai¡¯s Caohejing High-tech Development Zone.

An existing multinational in the zone, Faurecia from France, recently signed a phase-13 leasing contract with the zone for its plant buildings. Its premise has expanded from 3 leased floors to four floors, taking up a total space of 5000 square meters. The company will further move its Asia-Pacific HQ, settlement center, purchasing center and global R&D center into the building.
