A blind man from the Luhan Community, Chongqing Municipality, is impressing neighbors with his culinary skills.

Although he has been blind for 33 years, Qin Xianming can make steamed buns and cook up a dish of pork and green pepper in 10 minutes. The 53 year old's neighbor, Deng Zhuren, said he has tried Qin's cooking and it is delicious.
