A 72-year-old woman from Yingkou, Liaoning, got a facelift on the sly and now fears her family cannot recognize her.

The woman surnamed Zhang got under the knife at a hospital last week and changed her face completely.

"I like my new face very much but I don't know how to face my children because they disapproved of the surgery," the woman said.

"She and her children need psychological help to get used to her new look," doctors say.
