Mesmerized by the movements of a snake, a 20-year-old man in Changsha, Hunan Province, came up with a dance to mimic the boa from Myanmar.

His steps and slithers, performed with his reptilian muses, have caught the eye of many at the local zoo.

Zhu said his dance exercises a person's legs, waist, shoulders and neck, improving flexibility.

He is now planning to teach a course on the dance to local residents for free.
