The caprese salad (RMB 89) was more than generous with the mozzarella (imported from Europe) and thrillingly sweet yellow tomatoes. As for entrees, there's a good range of pastas, as well as a robust selection of seafood and red meats. The baked sea bass (RMB 135) was flawless, and while the ink-filled ravioli with crabmeat (RMB 99) was less flavorful than one would like, the tomato thyme sauce that it came with was plate-licking savory. Yes, Capone's has gotten it right, and as you've likely noticed, their prices suggest they're well aware of this.
