The term "foreigner" has a negative connotation?

That may be the case for you, but I do not agree that everyone who uses the noun "foreigner" is condescending or discriminating against people from other countries.

In most countries, the word "foreigner" has no negative meaning as you seem to think.

Health is more important than some people think. Only after I suffered a lot of physical and mental pain did I realize health was very important.
