No backward step for Tibet
The Dalai Lama has never given a clear answer as to what his interpretation of autonomy is, and this leaves room for speculation.
If he means is that Tibet should step back into the medieval ages, that all land should be owned by the monks, officials and lords, and serfdom should be reintroduced, then we all will reject.
It is clear the Chinese government will not support Tibet taking a step backward.

In my hometown of Sydney, where I have worked as a journalist, our newspapers, television and radio publish and broadcast pictures and stories of most degrading people.
That is how the Dalai Lama and his clique got attention.
We are sick of such practices.

The world should not ignore the Chinese central government's favorable policies to autonomous regions.
The central government also invests a lot in these regions' infrastructure, education, welfare, and medical systems.
China should make the crimes of these rioting mobs known to the world.

Just after the burnings, looting and killings, the Western media showed pictures of the meeting between the Dalai Lama and US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
They were seen smiling while at the same time many people were mourning the death of people killed during the riots.
This clearly shows the inhuman nature of the Dalai Lama and his supporters who rejoice at the death and suffering of others. Using violence to achieve one's agenda or for one self-glorification is simply despicable.

I just hope those cowards who set fire to innocent people will be caught and face justice.
Also, please know that many people living in the West are not supporters of the Dali Lama and they feel sickened and disgusted by the actions of his followers.
I personally think the Dali Lama is skilled at using the media and that many people here in the West are so gullible that they believe he is a man of peace.
I applaud the Chinese government for helping the families of the victims - it cannot bring back their loved ones but hopefully will help them in their grief.
My thoughts and prayers are with these families who lost beloved ones in this terrible tragedy.
