Don't use mobile phones while driving

Research shows that the ability of drivers to keep a vehicle in its lane diminishes by 91 percent when texting on a mobile phone. This is dramatically higher than the 35 percent mark if drivers had been smoking marijuana.

A mobile phone can distract a driver in various ways. Even only a phone ring can create an accident. With better technology, people can now use mobile phones without touching it - but nobody can resist listening and talking on the phone while driving.

Normally it is expected that if a pedestrian starts crossing the road suddenly, a driver will try to react and stop the car. But if the driver is using a mobile phone, then there will be a risk that the driver will not be able to respond in time and ultimately create an accident. The worse part is that there are many motorcycle and bicycle riders who try to use mobile phones in the middle of the street without stopping. Mostly it happens because people are not aware of the possible consequences.

Individuals should be aware of their actions on the street and must act responsibly. The mobile phone can be used in an emergency, and drivers should park the car if they want to use it.

In China there are many people who are using mobile phones while driving. The government is trying its best to prevent people from using mobile phones while driving. If someone thinks that the punishment is not that high, then he is wrong. Once Chinese citizens are aware of the law and the consequence of using mobile phones while driving, they may stop using mobiles while on the road. There should be some action to make people aware of the negative points of the deed.
