Catch you later 的意思就是：现在没有时间与你交谈，以后再谈吧！(I don't have time to talk with you now, but we can talk later.) 因此，catch就是talk或contact的意思。catch后面，也可用其他人称代名词（him, her, them等等），例如：I just called to say hi and hopefully we'll talk tomorrow — catch you later.
