'My Shocking Story: Real Wolf Kids' premiered on TLC following the lives of a number of kids living in Mumbai, India who suffered from hypertrichosis. The rare disease sees children born with thick 5cm long animal-like fur covering their heads and parts of their body, and sufferin from uncontrollable hair growth. The show also featured a group of geneticists at Columbia University in New York desperate to find a cure for the rare genetic disorder. [CFP]
