D11: Cycle to the town of
Shegar via Gyantso La (5,220m above sea level) and then ride to a camp at the
foot (4,390m above sea level) of Mt. Pang La.

D12: Ride
upwards to Pang La£¨5,150m above sea level£İand then descend to Choesang£¨4,140m
above sea level£İbeyond Phadu.
D13: Cycling to Rongbuk Monastery, the
highest temple in the world.
D14: Rest for a day at Rongbuk.
D15: Drive to Lamma La, ride to the Lhasa/Kathmandu Highway. Then ride
to and camp at Tingri (4,320m above sea level) and enjoy the hot springs.
