Actress-singer Jennifer Lopez will face her first husband in a Los Angeles courtroom to try to prevent publication of a tell-all book about her.

Ojani Noa plans to write a detailed book about his marriage to Lopez - including details of alleged sexual affairs -- E! Online reported. Lopez obtained an injunction against the book, and the case will be argued in court beginning Friday.

"Noa will do anything within his power to make money off his ex-wife - and thinks nothing of willfully breaching the agreement and hurting (Lopez) in the process," said Lopez's attorney, Paul Sorrell, "He is out of control."

Sorrell said a prior agreement between Lopez and her ex-husband - in which she settled with Noa for $125,000 - required him not to divulge any intimate details from their marriage to gain financially, the Web site said.

Noa and his attorney, Robert Vasquez, have argued that the proposed book does not violate the agreement and therefore he should be allowed to write it.

"I mean, I live in a free country," Noa said at an earlier deposition, "No? I can express myself. I can talk and say whatever I want to."
